Angry [:@] Winch Drains my battery???

I got a venom winch and for some reason I have to start my Rhino every day.  If I dont the battery is dead.  When we put the winch in, I had to tap into the Ignition.  Does anyone have any solution to this problem.  Should I just get a heavy duty battery????????????HELP  Also how far under water can the winch go, B4 it shorts or quits working???

Are you sure you tapped into the ignition wire, i believe its the brown wire, anyways without the key being on, it shouldnt drain it, maybe theres something else going on.. with any winch the battery should be upgraded to a heavier duty battery with alot more cranking amps, the winch will suck lots of juice and its hard on the stocker battery

I would highly recommend using a fuse block with a relay built in. Connect the ignition to the relay and the winch direct to the battery. I have never had a problem with my Venom other than it won't hold my plow with 50" of cable. Here is a link for some good fuse blocks. RHINO ACCESORIES / TRUCK
