My new rhino 660 has 4 hours on it and there is squeaking sound from the right side of the bed.  Anyone familiar with this.  It is agrivating.

The easiest thing to do is to isolate and locate. Pull your bed and go out and ride a bit. This will let you know if the noise is chassis specific or if it is associated with the bed to chassis fit. Carry along a wooden stick so you can probe around back there as you are riding. Once you locate where the moise is coming from simply tighten it down, insulate it, pad it or do whatever it takes to eliminate it. ww

I just purchased a 07 450, I also had a squeaking sound coming from the bed. I also had problems with my bed not latching all the time. I found the problem to be the (L) bracket the bed latches latch to. they are bent up to much. I took a hammer and tapped them down very little and both problems were fixed.
