William,

I installed the tube without rejetting. My rhino is marked with 140 main on the top of carb and I run at 5500 + elevation. Where should my main be as well as my pilot?

you will need to verify the main jet by removing the carb, then the float bowl and take the number directly from the main jet. i'm not sure what you are referring to on top of the carb but i wouldn't trust it. would much rather visually identify the main. that said, a stock jet on 05-07 rhinos is a 145. at a normal riding elevation of 5500', the stock main is quite likely the best jet for your application at least from the point of starting to assess the performance of each circuit. i sell a good many RAIS Power Tubes to a delaer in Utah who is at about 6,000' elevation and all they do is replace the o.e.m. snorkle with the RAIS Power Tube. The stock 145 main jet gives them a good performance enhancement only with the addition of the RAIS Power Tube. The sizing of your pilot jet is best determined once you establish your best idle profile. your a/f screw will likely be out about 1.5 turns for best idle at your elevation. If you can achieve best idle performance (turn the a/f screw out from seated position, counting turns until it starts blubbering (rich) and then turn it back in a quarter turn) on anything less than 3 full turns out from the seated position, then your pilot jet is sized correctly. ww
