How long does it sit and how low is the air pressure? Tires will get flat spots sometimes permanantly due to sitting to long. I have 35" toyo's on my truck and when I drive it after a week or two of sitting it bounces like going down a wavy road. RV's are often the same and is recommended to try and remove weight when sitting for long periods of time. Try to keep the air pressure higher when not being used for a long time and see if that helps.. This is why they also recommend tire balancing on your vehicle tires too.
