i had purchased a rhino sheave from kms performances in phoenix az an had some issues with it. i had installed it with the duner kit an no one an the instructions had failed to mention that you are supose to put the neopream bushings on the outside of the new roller/ wieghts.... so i ran it one trip at the dunes an one of the rollers kicked side ways an i shredded a belt. so after i bought new rollers a new belt an new neopream bushings installed everything i went on a 4 hour trail ride, an one of the bushings was kicked sideways again then i noticed the sheave was broke an the other roller guides on the sheave were cracked. so i took it to kms an they said it was do to install failure when there instructions say nothing about the bushings. im uasually very understanding an understand when its something i may have done but they insisted it was my fault an they would not stand behind there product or cut me a deal on a new one. not to mention we installed 5 of these kits an mine is the only one with the problem. so i recomend not buying any products from these people, because they dont stand behind the products they sale.
