Dear Fellow ASA Member,

Back in the 70's, the wilderness area north of highway 78 was instituted by Congress and the rest of the dunes were intended for motorized recreation in perpetuity. We all know how that turned out. Along come other groups that want to close the rest of the area.

In the past, concessions have been made allowing other lands to be designated Wilderness, while leaving remaining lands open to Multiple Use. Contrary to these past agreements Wilderness advocates now want the remaining lands.

There is a petition that works to make this tactic outdated. CLICK HERE to sign it.

First off let me apologize for not updating the site.  Been a little busy but I will except the ribbon of shame for not keeping this current.  I have added some things to the event page and on the downloads page you can find some really cool video links that my son (Brayton) contributed for the site.  Check them out he found some cool ones.  I have pictures that are in the editing process right now and I hope to have them on soon.  Thanks to every one that has sent them in.  Also we have added some merchant links to the link page.  Make sure if you can make it go to the Rhino Crash that Jagged X is putting on.  If you see my Red Rhino there, come over and introduce yourself.  I would love to meet you.  Thanks for coming to the site and Ride SAFE!  Bill

Have you heard?
It's not just a rumor!
Maier USA is manufacturing bodies or skins as most of us refer to them, for the Yamaha Rhino.    They will be available in 8 different colors!  I was also told that Black Rhino Performance will be selling them.  That's great but I just painted mine!  But, there are plenty of folks out there that are not as gutsy as I was and want to trust the good looks of a great vehicle to a spray can.
